This course is designed to help students who are seeking employment in Japan, or those who are already working and wish to further improve their Japanese language skills to achieve their goals.
For students who have completed the late intermediate level of study, this course teaches not only the business Japanese language skills which necessary to find a job, also Japanese corporate culture, manners, and customs.

Course goals/contents | The course aims to equip the students with the following main skills: - Job search skills: resume writing, self-analysis, interview techniques, company visits, etc. - Intercultural skills: Japanese culture studies, intercultural management, etc. - Basic social skills: case studies, current social issues, presentation skills, etc. - Japanese language skills for business: honorifics, taking/ giving phone calls, handling business claims/problems, attending meetings/ briefings, etc. |
